Only original work not presented at other congresses will be submitted.

Works related to the subjects contemplated at the Congress will have priority. The Committee reserves the right to reduce the number of abstracts accepted by each author or work group based on exposition possibilities.

Those communications whose first author or a member of the work group is registered in the Congress will be accepted.The registration price for all Poster participants is 75 €.

Those abstracts received will be selected by the Evaluating Scientific Committee for its acceptance.

 
Poster measures will not exceed 90 cm wide x 170 cm tall. Prepare a headline 15 cm high in which the title, authors and affiliations will be included, in letters no less than 2.5 cm tall. As for the typography: avoid abbreviations, acronyms and technical terms. Use the same type of font throughout the poster. See sample below.

The responsible for the poster must be at the reception of the Main Auditorium (room 33) on the third floor of Pavilion 1 of Gran Via grounds (M2), during the morning of March 8th and will be assigned a location.The organization will provide the necessary material for hanging the poster at the reception of the Congress.The posters will be taken down from 16.20h on March 9th.

The Evaluating Scientific Committee will award a first prize of 300€ to the best poster, and the second and third prize will be awarded two scholarships to cover the first authors registration fees at the Congress, which will be given to the first signer or to the person registered.The winner will be notified on February 28th, 2006.The winning authors will have ten minutes to present an oral communication during the evening of March 8th.

The Evaluating Scientific Committee reserves the right to use material presented for its posterior use in different means of communication, as well as to request to the authors of the most outstanding posters the elaboration of a complete article to be included in the “Revista Española de Nutrición Comunitaria”.
